Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart’s relationship has come to an end. The couple, who have been dating since 2011 have split, according to a new report. Recently, the couple has been hit with rumors of Casper texting a transsexual, but was that the ultimate cause of their breakup?

Jennifer and Casper are no more! Jennifer and Casper have been dating since 2011, but have called it quits, according to TMZ. A source told the outlet that the couple broke up two months ago, before the scandal about Casper and the alleged transsexual texts made the rounds.
There was no ill will between the couple, TMZ said. They just grew apart. Maybe that’s because of the 18 year age difference between Jennifer and Casper!
However, Jennifer did thank Casper during her speech for her Icon of the Year award at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards on May 18! That was less than a month ago! A source told People that Jennifer and Casper were working out their issues before the scandal and that hey may still be together “technically, but no idea for how long.”

So there’s still hope for Jennifer and Casper!

Some would say that Casper’s recent scandal has plagued their relationship, but a source says that’s preposterous.
“Casper has been a single guy and can text or see whoever he wants, but the idea that he was knowingly texting a transsexual is laughable,” a source told TMZ.
